HOW DOES IT WORK?

WHO SUPPLIES THE ALCOHOL?
Due to Pennsylvania state liquor laws, we are legally unable to purchase or sell alcohol. We operate as a BYO bartending service. We'll work with you to create a shopping list for your event, you'll call in and pay for the order, and we'll pick up the alcohol, bring it to your venue, serve it, and return any leftovers to you at the conclusion of your event.
HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL?
We are located in Philadelphia, PA. Travel within Philadelphia, Montgomery, Bucks and Delaware counties are included in our base package pricing. If you'd like Third Party to travel beyond those areas, contact us for more details.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO WE NEED TO BOOK?
We recommend booking at least three months in advance; however, since Fridays and Saturdays during peak season (Spring, Summer, Fall) tend to fill quickly, the earlier the better!
WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT POLICY?
We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining payment is due two weeks prior to the event date.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
You'll receive a full refund if you cancel more than 60 days from your event date and 50% of the deposit if you cancel more than 30 days from your event. Cancellations made within 30 days of your event will not be refunded.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds outside of our normal refund policy (above) due to inclement weather. We recommend arranging for tent cover of the bar in the event of inclement weather. We can provide specifications for our trailer to assist you in securing an appropriate size tent for your event.
WHERE CAN WE SET UP THE BAR?
Victoria requires flat ground and clear access (no steps, trails or extremely steep hills) and must be within 75 feet of a grounded power outlet (we can provide a generator if necessary for an additional fee). If you're not sure whether Victoria will work with your location, we are happy to do a site visit during the consultation phase and troubleshoot any potential issues.
