
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Everything you need to know about hiring Third Party for your next event.
WHO SUPPLIES THE ALCOHOL?
Due to Pennsylvania state liquor laws, we are legally unable to purchase or sell alcohol. We operate as a BYO bartending service and as the host, you are responsible for purchasing alcohol for your event.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR SERVICES?
We'll work with you to design your perfect bar menu, create an alcohol shopping list appropriate for your party size, recommend wines, beers, and spirits, help with transportation of alcohol to your venue, mix and serve fabulous cocktails and return any leftover alcohol to you at the conclusion of your event.
We take care of everything: all of the logistics related to the alcohol, dry goods, ice, non alcoholic beverage components like mixers and garnishes, licensed and certified bar staff, all necessary insurances (general and liquor liability) to industry standard, plus of course rental of the Airstream bar itself.
HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL?
We are located in Philadelphia, PA. Travel within Philadelphia, Montgomery, Bucks, Chester and Delaware counties are included in our base package pricing. If you'd like Third Party to travel beyond those areas, contact us for more details.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO WE NEED TO BOOK?
We require a minimum of 60 days from event booking to event date; however, since Fridays and Saturdays during peak season (Spring, Summer, Fall) tend to fill quickly, the earlier the better!
WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT POLICY?
We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining payment is due 30 days prior to the event date.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
You'll receive a full refund if you cancel more than 6 months prior to the event date and a 50% refund if you cancel less than 6 months but more than 30 days from the event. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will not be refunded.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds outside of our normal refund policy (above) due to inclement weather. We recommend arranging for tent cover of the bar in the event of inclement weather. We can provide specifications for our trailer to assist you in securing an appropriate size tent for your event.
WHERE CAN WE SET UP THE BAR?
Victoria requires flat ground and clear access (no steps, trails or extremely steep hills). For outdoor events where adequate power is not available, we can provide a generator for an additional fee. If you're not sure whether Victoria will work with your location, we are happy to do a site visit during the consultation phase and troubleshoot any potential issues.

OUR RESPONSE TO COVID-19
At Third Party, we take the health and safety of our clients and staff very seriously. We are continuing to operate during COVID-19 in line with all federal, state and local guidelines. To protect our staff and clients we have taken the following precautions:

Victoria has a hand washing sink with hot water on board for our employees to use.

We will have hand sanitizer available at the bar for both staff and guests to use.

Our staff will wear masks and gloves while serving guests.

For guests that choose to tip, cashless tipping will be available and encouraged.

The trailer and all bar equipment will be fully sanitized before and after each event.
Thank you in advance for understanding that we cannot serve events where the guest count is higher than local guidelines allow. If you need to cancel or postpone your event due to restrictions on gatherings, we will work with you to find a suitable future date or issue a refund or credit based on a reasonably accurate percentage of any services already rendered.

After ten years in the fashion industry, Sarah followed her bleeding heart into the non-profit world, where she works in public relations and event planning. In her spare time, she tends to her 200 plants and combs Facebook marketplace for deals (which is where she found our Airstream!)

CHARLIE FLEMING
Head of Security
As head of security, Charlie's main role is to sit in the window of our headquarters and use her 14-pound frame to intimidate passersby. In her spare time, she also does this. Hey, when you love what you do, it's not a job.
